Setting plans and goals, doing an action plan, executing it, and not seeing the results when you expected can bum you out. This can apply to anything. Haven’t finished college in the time frame you were hoping for? Haven’t moved out in the time you needed? Didn’t start that business when you expected? You’ve tried so hard, all your effort seems to lead to a wall. How do you find the strength to keep going when none of your efforts have worked?
Crazy to say, but you just have to keep hope alive. This really spoke to me, Colossians 1:23 “But you must continue to believe this truth and stand firmly in it. Don’t drift away from the assurance you received when you heard the Good News”. What is your truth? What is your good news? What is it that makes your heart and mind alive? We all have a desire in our hearts and minds to do great things, but sometimes that inner voice starts fading. Anxiety takes control and tries to push us down to kill all hope. Let’s make it a habit to kill those negative voices, to keep moving in the direction of our dreams. Every step, thought, and positive voice does count.
You might say, “there are too many people in my industry doing the same thing”, SO!
You got a different juice, make people drink from it.
