Here are some Frequently Asked Questions:

You will need to take a picture of the product and the defect within 2 days of the delivered date and send it to wecare@mssevere.com. We’ll dispute what would be the best course of action for you.

You can also submit a request through our Contact page form and attach the pictures there.

  • Ms. Severe does not offer refunds or returns. Our product categories: panties, bodysuits, and babydolls are non-refundable and non-returnable for hygiene purposes.
  • If a product is shipped defective please look at the Shipped Defective section.

Shipping can take 1-3 days. If returned to us because address given by customer was wrong, we will contact you and either give a refund for the item price or you can pay for shipping again and we’ll resend it.
